Booking with a Resort Expert
You can search our directory on the Find an Expert page by destination, holiday type or language, or use the Match Me tool to have us recommend the right expert based on your trip.
No — speaking with a Resort Expert and getting their advice is completely free. They earn commission from the travel suppliers when you book, not from you directly.
No. There are no booking fees and no mark-up for using a Resort Expert. You pay the same as booking direct — your expert is paid commission by the travel suppliers, not by you.
A booking website gives you a search box and leaves the decisions to you. A Resort Expert actually lives in the destination, so you get honest, first-hand advice on the right resort, hotel and area for your trip — and a real person to help before, during and after you travel.
Absolutely. Whether you have a specific resort in mind or only a rough idea, your expert can confirm it is the right choice, suggest the best hotels and dates, and handle the whole booking for you.
Contact your Resort Expert and they will talk you through the options and any supplier terms that apply. Having one point of contact makes changes far simpler than dealing with multiple booking sites yourself.
Yes. Your expert is there before, during and after your trip. Many are contactable by WhatsApp, so if a question comes up while you are in the resort, help is close at hand.
Payments & financial protection
Yes. All bookings made through Resort Experts are covered by Protected Trust Services (PTS), and we work with ATOL-bonded suppliers so your money and holiday are secure.
Your Resort Expert will arrange payment securely through Resort Experts. Your money is held in an independent trust account under Protected Trust Services (PTS) until your holiday is complete, so it is never at risk.
ATOL is the UK financial protection scheme for package holidays that include flights. PTS (Protected Trust Services) holds customer payments in an independent trust account until travel is complete. Together they mean your money and your holiday are protected.
